Getting Started
0 questions
How do I explore a 360° tour?
Open any tour from the homepage, then click and drag on a computer or swipe on a phone or tablet to look around. Tap a navigation hotspot to move to another amenity.
Do I need to download an app?
No. VisiTour runs directly in your web browser, so there is nothing to install on desktop or mobile.
What are hotspots inside a virtual tour?
Hotspots are interactive markers inside the 360° view. Navigation hotspots take you to another amenity, while information hotspots can show useful details about the area you are viewing.
How do I switch directly to another amenity?
Use the amenity thumbnails or navigation controls shown in the tour. Select the area you want to visit and VisiTour will load that panorama directly.
Reviews & Ratings
0 questions
How do I leave a review for a tour?
Open a tour, open the Reviews panel, choose a star rating, add your name, email, and optional comment, then select Post Review. A verification link is sent to your email before the review is published.
Why do I need to verify my review through email?
Email verification helps confirm that the review was intentionally submitted and reduces fake or automated review submissions. Your review is published only after you open the verification link.
When will my review appear?
Your review appears after you successfully verify it through the confirmation email. If you attached approved photos or a video, those attachments are published with the verified review.
Can I submit another review for the same tour?
VisiTour keeps one verified review per email address for each tour. If you submit and verify another review for the same tour using the same email, it updates your existing review instead of creating a duplicate.
Photos & Videos
0 questions
Can I add photos or a video to my review?
Yes. You can add photos and one short video while writing a review. Each selected attachment is checked before the Post Review button can be used.
What are the photo and video upload limits?
You can upload up to 3 photos (5 MB each) and 1 video up to 30 seconds (20 MB). Supported photo formats are JPG, PNG, and WebP; supported video formats include MP4 and MOV.
Why does my attachment say “Scanning”?
VisiTour checks selected photos and videos for unsafe content before they can be submitted. Keep the review form open while the scan is running. The Post Review button remains unavailable until every selected attachment has passed.
Why was my photo or video rejected?
An attachment can be rejected when the safety check detects content that may violate the community guidelines or when the file does not meet the upload requirements. Remove the rejected file and choose another attachment.
What happens after an attachment passes the scan?
A passed attachment is securely linked to your pending review. It is published together with the review only after you complete email verification.
Reporting & Safety
0 questions
How do I report an inappropriate written review?
Open the three-dot menu on the review and choose Report Review. Select the reason that best describes the problem. If you choose Other, you will also be asked to provide a short explanation.
How do I report an inappropriate photo or video?
Open the photo or video in the attachment viewer, select the three-dot menu, then choose Report Attachment. Pick a reason and submit the report.
What happens after I report a review or attachment?
The report is sent to the administrator for review. Reporting something does not automatically remove it. The administrator checks the reported content and decides whether to keep it or hide it.
Will the reviewer know that I reported them?
Reports are handled privately. The reviewer is not shown who submitted the report. If an administrator hides the reported content, the reviewer may receive an email explaining the moderation decision.
What should I do if I have a concern about a moderation decision?
Use the Contact page to reach the resort team. Include the email address used for the review and enough information to identify the review or attachment you are asking about.
Technical Help
0 questions
Which browsers and devices are supported?
VisiTour is designed for recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox on phones, tablets, and computers. For the best 360° experience, keep your browser updated and make sure WebGL or hardware acceleration is available.
A tour won't load — what should I do?
Check your internet connection, refresh the page, and try again. If the problem continues, try an updated browser or another device, then contact the resort if you still need help.
Why can’t I upload my video?
Make sure the video is no longer than 30 seconds, does not exceed 20 MB, and uses a supported format such as MP4 or MOV. A stable internet connection is also important because the video must finish uploading and scanning before you can post.
